Leading from the Middle is a community of leaders who work together to develop leadership skills. We help each other grow as leaders and managers in a group coaching environment. Develop the confidence and skills to address the unique challenges you face in your position in ways that align with your values and goals. This group provides a safe space where we discuss the challenges we encounter, build confidence in your leadership, and identify skills to help you succeed.
Join a Cohort
Work together with the same small group over 6 sessions. Sessions will be driven your individual and shared goals. Included in the cohort is two individual sessions with me to dig more deeply into what you need to build confidence and feel successful in your role. Cost is $400
Drop-In Sessions
Attend sessions based on the topics that appeal to you. Each session will focus around a topic (see Google Calendar for upcoming topics) and focus on identifying strategies that will help you reach your individual goals for that topic. We will work as a group to support each other’s challenges and identify strategies to reach those goals. Cost per session: $35
