Coaching

Coaching offers you support and accountability by focusing on your experience and needs to identify strategies and solutions that will work for you. When we identify a topic to explore, the conversation will focus on your goals, challenges, and what you need to reach your goals. As the coach, I will ask reflective questions and draw on tools to help us engage deeply with that topic, listening for any underlying themes or concerns. Coaching engagements often start with 6 or 12 sessions, depending on your goals. Set up a consultation session to learn more.
